Leadership Mentoring Program
Mentoring has the function of offering a systemic vision, a positive dissatisfaction with the exchange of experiences in specific issues and new ideas, among peers of the same organization.
The benefits that mentoring brings to these groups are:
• Accelerate and make decision-making more efficient.
• Enrich the repertoire, adding diversity to innovation thinking.
• Promote the alignment of knowledge between peers from different areas, as well as the strength of union to ask for changes in the organization.
The groups are formed with a confidentiality agreement and with the number of participants stipulated by the mentor.
